They seem to have a good adhesive, there were no problems with moving, but they were so bulky, they weren't terribly comfortable. I would imagine they would be great for someone who needed very heavy protection.

They are very comfortable and fit the entire length of the panty. I do like the ease of placing them on and that they do not slip or move through the night.

I can’t make it to the bathroom fast enough. Member's Mark Total Protection Overnight Pads comes in handy for keeping me dryer and helps control odor. They absorb better than a regular pad and are easily removed when traveling. It hard to remove and put on a new pair of pull-up underwear when traveling. But changing Member's Mark Total Protection Overnight Pads is easy to put and I can carry one in pocket.

I have been using these for years but last shipment they stick do tight to my underwear that I just had to spend 1/2 hour pulling it off. The sticky part was stuck like glue. Of course pad ripped and it insides all over the floor. Other than that they have been great.
