Not anything! The worst. I used 1 of 4 packs day and night just to get rid of them. The other 3 packs I donated, good luck to whoever get them.

These are the best overnight pads I've found. Made well, work well. and fairly priced. Thanks Sam's you did it again

The new packaging I had to rearrange my cupboard to hold a double bag. The underside of the pad is less sticky which means it does not stay in place for more than a few hours. Possibly the use of a safety diaper pin would assist in this endeavor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pads seem to absorb very well however they don’t seem to stick/stay in place. The pads are a bit bulkier than I prefer but still comfortable and breathable enough to wear all night.

I have used these for over two years and have never had a problem with leakage through the pads. Daily wear has not created any problems but has saved me from much embarrassment. I make sure I never run out.
