Is this item a replacement for the Ultimate Womens Long pad 108 count to a box? I am going to try them daytime maybe with wide part in front for absorbency? Will post an update with my results. BUT in the interim would love to hear from Sams as to ifthis is going to be a replacement for Ultimate Long 108 to a box

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used a thin overnight pad a few times while traveling and a couple of times at home. This Total Protection overnight pad has the ultimate absorbency so it is quite long and very thick. I'm sure it would absorb a lot plus keep you dry. I thought that this big pad would be too uncomfortable to wear overnight but it really didn't bother me. I had no problem with these pads even though they're a lot bigger than I normally would use.

Got the right size for my mom and regret throwing away the box, because these are now useless. They raised the price and now make these pads out of cheaper or less quality materials. These last five year everything's gotten smaller and more expensive. Everything except fortune five hundred.

Have used these for several years and they don't seem as absorbent as they used to. Have started to experience leakage along the sides while the center stays relatively dry. Also, have developed an irritation from the pleating on the sides that I did not have in the past similar to that with the material in Always brand. Have had to start covering the pleating.
