[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who has used tampons for well over a decade, I was little unsure about using a pad. I haven’t used one since middle school/early high school, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The positives are it’s definitely absorbent and quite long so there’s no way you’ll experience any leaks. The main negative is how diaper-like this is. It is made to be worn overnight so you’re not parading around in this or having to try to hide this under clothes but it is bulky. I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to sleep with this but it wasn’t actually uncomfortable once I got into bed. Overall, I did like this because I knew when I woke up in the morning there wouldn’t be a speck of blood on my sheets or clothes. So if you’re comfortable with pads and want something you can rely on overnight, I would recommend it.

No so much as to warrant wearing protection panties. But I need protection. These are long enough to capture my accidents. I found these to be comfortable and secure. I also appreciate them being individually wrapped, making them easy to travel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dr put me on durectics for my high blood pressure and due to swelling and up into till then I never tried overnight pad but these help with incontinence and has a soft core protection but the only drawback I find is that they are a little bulky but other than that they work great for overall protection and I would reccomend to anyone who has a issue with bladder control

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pads are enormous and bulky. I felt like I was wearing a diaper which if I only wear to sleep I probably won’t care as much. The important thing is I didn’t experience any leakage, which really shouldn’t be surprising given the size of the pad. I prefer my usual go-to overnight line which is way slimmer with no leakage.

I purchased these about a month ago because I was getting low on my pads. Normally I buy the Poise brand but they were out of stock so I purchased the Members Mark brand to try out. I really like the MembersMark brand because they are thicker than the Poise brand. The sticky tape also is way better than Poises brand in holding the pad in place. The Poise pads would always shift on me because the tape wasn't very adhesive. Leakage onto my underwear has not been a problem for me as of yet so the Members Mark brand has been working as far as that aspect of absorption, really well. Thank-you Sam's Club.

I ordered these from Sam's because I thought they'd be similar to the Always Discreet pads that I use. The absorbancy is not as good. Left with feeling moist. The odor from used ones is annoying. I can't leave them in the trash because of the urine odor. I don't have that with the Always brand. As soon as I use up these pads, I'll return to the Always brand. You get what you pay for.
