No so much as to warrant wearing protection panties. But I need protection. These are long enough to capture my accidents. I found these to be comfortable and secure. I also appreciate them being individually wrapped, making them easy to travel.

It is round on one end that goes in the front and more of a rectangular square shape on the other end. The middle is more narrow than either end with some gathering on both sides of the middle. I think this is too bulky. it is very noticeable while having them on. If you want something more discreet the underwear style would work better. However, these are for overnight so no one will know. The absorption rate could be better. It stays in place with the adhesion. I have mixed feeling about this one. If thickness is not a concern, then it will be OK. If thickness is a concern, I would pass.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have found these pads from Member's Mark to be of exceptional quality. Extremely soft, comfortable and fit well. No allergic reaction. Using these pads at night is a big help. Especially helpful in mornings when going downstairs and not being able to move fast enough. These pads solve that problem. They hold alot of liquid, which is extremely important. Overall very pleased with these pads.

They are very thick so I can’t imagine sleeping overnight in these being comfortable. On the other hand, you would never have any leaks with these, they are full coverage.
