This “parchment” is “vegetable infused”and STICKS to wet doughs, like Sourdough. It’s fine for baking cookies, wrapping brisket, etc… I wish someone had mentioned this to me PRIOR to me ruining a couple boules and… the sourdough bagels I accidentally placed on this just a moment ago. 😢😢😢

I ordered this item only received one roll when quantity states 2ct. I did a customer service chat and I was re-sent the item...again, only one roll. While I am pleased I have the two rolls I paid for, I question whether the packaging is correct for others.

It’s a good buy. The reason I gave it a 4 start is because when you go to tear it the cute part sucks. It doesn’t tear off right.

I love the width. Fits most of my cookie sheets perfectly. Less waste. Great for my low carb cooking!!

I always use for baking. Keeps bake goods nice And saves on my pan. Use it for cooking chicken fingers, mozzarella sticks. Almost everything.
