i am able to cut it and then put these prepared veggie burgers on the parchment paper, some of the oil goes to the parchment paper, so i don't have to scrub the pan. i also put it on baking pans and bake with it.

When you bake as much as I do, parchment paper is something best purchased in bulk. This stuff beats the socks off the stuff available in grocery stores and it lasts forever.
