My cats have used this litter for years and it was great! New formula is garbage it doesn't clump it turns into a wet gooey blob with the consistency of modeling clay, I have even experienced liquid still standing on top of the wet globs where it is not being absorbed. My cats come into the house with wet muddy litter on their feet. To change what wasn't broke never turns out well. One of my cats is telling me he is very unhappy with the new formula he has quit using the litter box and has started using the garage floor obviously the ultimate statement and insult. Now I will have to find a different brand they both like. Too bad as used to be a great product

We have seven cats, so we go through a LOT of litter. We shop sales as often as we can, and rely on Member's Mark litter between sales. It's not overly scented, and it does a good job at clumping and odor control. With Plus, it ships free, so I never run out. Try it - you will probably like it! Bought this stuff several times because of price and good reusable bucket (great cat food bucket). However, urine clumps heavy and loose. About 25% crumbles to wet dust when scooping. Contaminates the rest with stink. Odor control is nill. Sams was out of stock last visit. So I bought a brand called Cheshire from another store. I saw the light and won't buy Member Mark again. For me better to spend a couple bucks more for the the good stuff. Cost balances out because the good stuff clumps tight and light and good odor control. Use less. I wish Member Mark would have comparable quality at good price

I'm not sure what has happened with this litter. The product was never a consistent grain, sometimes it was course, other times it was dusty, but at least it did it's job. However, this last batch I purchased has been so bad that I won't purchase it again. There's no odor control, and no clumping at all! With a multi-cat household, this has been the worst as far as odor and sifting. Buyer beware!

I am disabled and used to have sam's club deliver cat litter to my home since I am a plus member and one of the perks was free delivery...not any more for cat litter! I used to purchase this Members Mark brand years ago and it was a great product until the formula was changed and it went from the equivalent of Fresh Step to the poor quality of Tidy Cat. This does not clump, it turns into mud and has no odor control. The last time I purchased this product was before the stop of free shipping, the container came with a crack in the bottom and a hole on the side with some packing tape slightly adhered to the container, leaking litter all over my floor. It does seem Sams does this with many items they sell online, sell what is written off as damaged and defective for the manufacturer's credit then resell online since no one would buy a broken container in the store

Dislike giving negative reviews. Everybody uses products differently so outcomes can vary. This is my personal experience. Recrived tree pails of this kitty litter last week. Have two cats and three litter boxes. Washed out our three litter boxes and filled with fresh. Always scoop once a day and now twice most days. Litter does clump; however, most are clumps of mud-like balls. Unsure what it would take for the clumps to dryout as with other litters. Little to no odor control as I can smell litter boxes when opening the front door. Although price was good (discounted at time of order), savings not worth the frustration. Haven't actually looked at bucket to see if there''s a satisfaction guarantee. Regardless, wouldn't want three more buckets. Maybe more expensive but many of the name brands do a much better job based on this recent experience.

I've been pleased with many other Member's Mark items so I tried this with high hopes. The texture is very strange, almost like big granules of sand, and very dusty. The litter does not clump very well, and stays wet so it breaks into a ton of pieces when attempting to scoop it out. Also, there is basically no odor control with this brand.

Still trying to figure out if we are truly saving any money using this litter. Very dusty and does not clump very hard limiting how well it scoops. Seem to be using this much faster than Fresh Step and this does not control odor as well. Cats do dig less of it out of the box to roll around in. I'm calling it a recommend, but only because of the price, still not sold on performance. Bucket is difficult to discard given recycling rules and limited space.

Best kitty Litter around - especially for the cost value. I actually switched from being a customer of another store to being a Sam's club customer, just so that I could get this litter and have it shipped to my home. The litter isn't as dusky as some of the competing brands and clumps the way that it is supposed. Highly Recommend!

I used to use this litter all the time, but the “new” formula is far too scented. I've had to move the litterbox to the main floor because of arthritis in both my cat and me and the scent is overwhelming. I'm going back to A&H unscented. It costs more, but I'll just have to live with it. Try removing the scent and adding baking soda to the mix.
