So sharp!! I had to hide these knives! Be very careful when first using it because if you're used to your dull knives and go in with the same vigor on these knives you're liable to take a digit off! Lovely!!

Great knives for the price. Suggest you keep them sharp often. Had one that someone use and let it get dull. Now it won't hold an edge using a hand sharpener.
