I kept going back and forth trying to decide if I should Purchase And I finally gave in and bought these Daily Chef Cook's Knives (2pk.) along with the Daily Chef Boning Knives (2pk.) and the Daily Chef Paring Knives (4pk.) AND use them daily. They seem to be as shape today as the day I purchased them

Needed a couple of knives to cut up meats for bulk freezing. These were nice and sharp and big enough to hold firmly in hand while cutting through large cuts of meat. Handle was large so didn't slip.

These are absolutely the best knives I own. They are so sharp they cut through raw chicken breast like it's butter. They are huge though, but that is my fault because evidently I'm not familiar with knife sizes. I will definitely be purchasing more in smaller sizes.

Works great because it's sharp and can make very thin Red Onion slices or dice onions for sloppy joes and bell peppers too or it can be used to chop cabbage for chopped salads. The big knife is huge

The absolute best. I have used for many years. Dishwasher safe and easy to sharpen. I give as gifts. People who love to cook at home like these better than the $100.00 knives.

I didn't realize how bad my old knives were until I got these. The knives are longer than I expected and I've only used the 8” blade so far. It's very sharp and has met all my general purpose needs for it. From vegetable's to protein's it's been cutting with ease. The handle provides a solid and comfortable grip. I'm sure I'll find use for the 10” blade one day but for now the 8” blade is all I've needed. Great price as expected from Member's Mark products. I recommend this.

Best kitchen knives for everyday work They work great. It starts with a good handle that provides the base for my hand to grip the knife and slice through vegetables or meats. The blade is strong and sharp allowing to spend less energy in cutting.

This is my second pair only because my first pair in my kids got a hold of it my grown adult kids they want to be miss handling my knives. They left a knife in the kitchen sink and the tip of it was in the drain and somehow the tip broke off terrible but anyway, so I ordered a second set because I love the sharpness of these knives and a handle on a really good grip. These are professional grade knives last long one knife is really big I have to cut a whole brisket. The other knife is perfect for every day use chop anything and everything and I love the price that Sam's has for it. They delivered it quickly. I received it in good condition.

Great for the price. Edge does not stay tomato cutting sharp for long, but a couple quick strikes through the sharpener gets it right back where it needs to be. Handle definitely cheapens the look, but for a commercial kitchen or stored in a drawer, they are great.

The knives don't seem to have a very good balance in my hands and are not the most comfortable to use. They seem to be good knives for the price, just uncomfortable in my hands.
