Really good

Best kitchen knives I've ever owned and by far the sharpest. Cuts through tomatoes, onions, fruit effortlessly. As others have said, I use these with extreme care.

A workhorse and worth every penny but learn properly how to use these as you can cut yourself easily. I cut myself just getting them out of pkg. Once knives are bad I just replace as they are inexpensive.

These chef's knives are heavy, sharp, and easy to handle. The blades are thicker than I expected, which is a good thing. My only beef is the width of the blade, but it's not a big deal.

These are very sharp,, with a lasting edge. Would recommend highly. Comparing price and quality, they are equal to more expensive knives, e.g. Heinkel, Forsner, etc. I do not buy sets, but individual Member's Mark knives from Sam's.
