Good Sharp Knives

I was not sure if a Santoku Knife with such a low price is sharp enough. But I saw all the good reviews, especially the one from someone who cuts meat all the time. So I decided to give it a try. It turned out to be super sharp and better than all the knife I had. In my opinion, this knife is comparable to expensive brands.

I have been using this knife in my restaurant and home for over three years. It holds an edge better than any other knife I own, even under heavy use. I have pricier knives, and expected this to be the blade I only used for abusive jobs. I butterfly 8-10 chickens weekly with it, and other knives just don't hold up to that much bone and cartilage cutting. This one does, and it's a remarkable, I wouldn't hesitate to buy it again.
