Stay sharp for a long time.

Best knives I've ever owned. Balanced, durable...you really can't do better.

Good quality and cheap to purchase. How can you go wrong?

This is identical to the Tramontina brand santoku knife that I've used for years. Good grip with a balanced feel puts little stain on the hand.

I like these so much that I bought a second pack just to be sure I always have a clean one in the drawer!

This makes four that I have bought because they hold a sharp edge better than knives costing $50 and up. I would prefer another color handle but the blade is great!

geat value for the money
