Great taste

I was so excited that Starbucks decided to join the Keurig family and make k-cups. Sumatra is one of my favs, so I was excited to buy it. It tastes just as great as when I brewed it in a regular coffeemaker. I'm hoping Starbucks decides to make Verona next! Great job Starbucks! Keep the k-cups coming!

Wonderful Taste

This is my favorite Starbucks coffee. I really love the richness of the taste without being acidic. Other coffees can make my heartburn flare up painfully after one cup, but I can drink this blend all day without any problems. I highly recommend this coffee!

Smooth Sip Big Flavor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an excellent coffee! The bag is easy to open and easy to close back up for fresh coffee. The coffee is easy to get out of the bag. As the coffee brews it is very aromatic and unmistakeably a premium cup of coffee. The coffee is easy to drink and has a nice robust flavor. I am a big fan, and plan to keep my pantry stocked!

Our Most Recent Favorite

My wife and I were introduced to it about four years ago when her sister brought her own beans during a visit. Prior to that, French roast had been our years-long choice. Sumatra has since been our favorite. I grind the beans to espresso for fullest impact. We take our own beans, grinder, and coffee maker--even to nicer hotels--when we travel in order to ensure our Sumatra satisfaction in the morning.

Yummy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very smooth texture in tongue. This single origin Sumatra did not disappoint. Truly bold and full bodied which I like. For a dark roast it’s not acidic. Tasting notes are rich herbs and rustic spices. Great product overall. #free sample

Fabulous cup of coffee

I often choose a bold coffee because I like to know that I am enjoying a REAL cup of coffee not just darkened lightly flavored water. That's just what the Sumatra K-cups offers! I am really glad Starbucks has made this great tasting coffee into a K-cup. This convenience allows me to fully enjoy my Keurig. Thank you Starbucks!

LOVE my new favorite coffee! From the very first cup I knew I had found my coffee! It has an amazing flavor and aroma. The after taste keeps me coming back for more. I usually stock up on it when it's on sale to make sure that I never would run out! Sams offers the best prices out there. Try some today I think you will absolutely fail in love as I did.

Dark roast - Sumatra

Starbucks' dark roasts will always be a first choice for me; Komodo Dragon is at the top of my list, and Sumatra is a worthy contender. This was my first purchase through the online store, and it was delivered on time, intact, and was delicious when brewed: you can't beat the aroma of brewing coffee. Thanks for everything!

hmm....

It was good. Bold and flavorful, yet not overly impressive. Good coffee but I''ve had better from Starbucks. The earthy smell and taste of this coffee stand out most. The nice, heavy notes linger on the palate. It would have gotten five stars but I just couldn''t bring myself to do it. I found it to be good, not great, yet it was still a good value. I prefer the Guatemala Antigua as I run everything through an espresso machine. Maybe would be best through an automatic drip.

My favorite coffee

Sumatra is one of Starbucks darkest coffees. I love the bold taste and no bitterness. I drink my coffee black so I expect a rich, smoky coffee flavor. This coffee meets all my expectations of a dark roast. It smells so good I like to brew it in the morning and wake up to the sweet bold smell of Sumatra. It is a great way to start my day.
