Also great for bladder/urinary tract health!

My young cat was recently diagnosed with bladder stones and had surgery to remove them. My veterinarian recommended feeding her Cosequin for Cats, as there is solid scientific evidence that Cosequin alleviates irritation in the bladder and urinary tissues. It won't dissolve bladder stones, of course, but it offers support and helps the body heal - so why not try it!

GREAT PRODUCT!!

I have a 1 year old cat, who has developed a rare but serious urinary tract disease. He has been on multiple prescriptions, including Feline Cosequin. For an unknown reason, the Cosequin has kept his urinary symptoms at bay foe two months now. The veterinarians don't really know WHY the Cosequin helps these cats (as it is usually used for joint issues), but it has really helped. Moreover, SmartPaks are fool-proof to use, theer is no mess, and my cat gobbles the Cosequin right up! My shipments have arrived on time- every time, and the customer service is outstanding!!! THANK YOU!

Superb Product

I started my senior cat on this after we discovered some abnormalities in her lumbar region, and what a difference! She is running, jumping, and playing more than she has in years! We'll be keeping her on this indefinitely. Now if only it was so affordable for my horse...

Callie Is Moving With More Ease

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Callie is my 18 year old cat. Even with her advanced age, she moves fairly well but not with complete ease. She, in the past, looked like either her age or arthritis was causing her to walk more slowly than she once did. I was eager to try the Nutramax Cosequin Sprinkle Capsules. As a result of her appetite (hungry girl), she ate her wet food morning and night (initially) with the Nutramax sprinkles. Nutramax helped her move more easily. Just 3 weeks later her movements were less stiff. Nutramax Cosequin has come up with a formula that makes it much easier for cats to be given supplements. And, on top of that, it works. Nutramax is a product worth trying if your cat(s) have mobility issues.

Not for fussy cats

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this in exchange for my honest review. I heard of it from my daughter who has three cats Her vet recommended she try her senior cat on this. It seemed to help the cat's movements as he became active again. I tried sprinkling this on the food. My cat sniffed and wouldn't eat the food, then I mixed it in,same result. The next day I opened a capsule onto a sheet of paper, only used 1/2 the amount in his Sheba whitefish & tuna pate ( which is the ONLY wet food my picky eater will eat and it was a success!. I've done this for three days and had luck. Too soon to see results but I have faith in this supplement.

Obvious Results

My 13 year old cat (who happens to be 25 lbs), was getting very stiff. The combination of the extra weight, his age, and the weather was causing him obvious pain. The whole family noticed that he would lay down and not move all day. It's been 3 months now since he's been on Cosequin and he's walking with a noticeably better gait. The limp is almost completely gone! He loves the taste and comes running when I pull out his smartpaks!

IT WORKED FAST!

My cat is 12 and 23 pounds, so I only give him one pill a day mixed in his food because I was not sure how he would handle it. I must say that I am pleasantly surprised. Not only did it make him feel better, the effects were fast, just in a few days, and with only half the dosage suggested. I have already ordered more!!

Really helping with cystitis!

My male cat, Oliver, has had problems with urinary tract inflammation for years. A strict diet usually helps keep it under control, but lately he has been having flare-ups. My vet recommended trying Cosequin to help reduce the inflammation. I was skeptical but decided it couldn't hurt so I gave it a try. Oliver seems much happier and the vet was very pleased with the results of his last check-up. The Cosequin has also helped 7 year old Oliver move like a kitten! Although I don't love that he's jumping on the kitchen counter again, I am glad to know he's feeling good.

For my furbabies...they just aren't the same witho

I always use cosequin maximum for my cats and I was so pleased to find that I could get it at a much less expensive price than I can anywhere else. Same strength same amount of capsules same product I do believe it's the same brand name. And I didn't have to go anywhere to get it it was brought right to my front door free . How awesome is that???

So far, so good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to admit, I was a little skeptical about trying a joint supplement for my cats. I’ve heard about glucosamine and chondroitin doing wonders for humans when it comes to strengthening joint and cartilage health, but my cats are almost impossible to pill, so I didn’t think I’d be able to dose them with it on a daily basis. These sprinkle capsules are a godsend! You just snap open the capsule and sprinkle a little on top of their wet food then mix it in. It’s so simple! My cats, who are notoriously picky eaters, gobble their food down without hesitation. I have a 14 year old tabby girl whose joints could use a little TLC. She’s been spending a lot of time near her water fountain and litter box lately, so I’m hoping this supplement will help with her bladder health as stated in the product details. It’s only been two weeks since I started dosing her, so it’s a little too soon to tell, but I have noticed a new pep in her furry little step when it comes to other activities. She’s been jumping up on her kitty condo to play and clean herself more often, which is something I haven’t seen her do in ages. Her younger brother, my 10 year old patchwork boy, has had an increase in energy, too. He’s gone from sleeping 16 hours a day to running around the house in the mornings, kicking his squeaky toy with his back legs. It’s so nice seeing them both happy and carefree again.
