cat product

Vet tech bought this for my 20 year old cat. He is old and blind so his jumping days are over but a little something for old cat bones and joints might help a little. He eats the powder sprinkled over his dry food so he thinks it tastes good. He also likes it with canned cat food.

Good Joint Supplement

I bought this product for my 17 y.o. cat who is in great health but with the unusual cold weather she has been limping in her shoulder/hip joints and not jumping up..after 2 wks using Product daily, mixed with a teaspoon of wet food, she has becme more active and walking around more, jumping up on bed again and getting up out of her heated bed to lay in the sun in the morning! Thanks SmatPak for making her life a little easier!

Gave my cat her life back!

I have a 4 year old cat that started severely limping one day. It got worse and worse and for 3 months the vet couldn't figure out what was wrong with her. X-rays showed a bit of arthritis, but the vet didn't think it was nearly enough to put her on 3 legs. I keep my show horses on joint supplements and just decided to try giving this to my cat. Three weeks later she was almost perfect! For the last 2 days she hasn't limped at all. This supplement is great!

Excellent

My veterinarian recommended Cosequin for cats when my new senior shelter cat displayed symptoms of a sore back. I honestly thought...yeah right, my cat is going to really eat this. My cat actually did eat it...happily. I have also seen improvements in her sensitivity to her back.

Did wonders for my cat

I've had my large male cat on this supplement for about a year now. He has a "hitchy" hip from some injury prior to him adopting me and as he got older it was becoming more prominent. I give him one tablet at dinner time, sprinkled on his food. He eats it up before digging into the next layer and has been running up the stairs like I haven't seen in years. Smartpak makes it easy as they will auto-ship so I don't have to worry about running out and comes to the barn with my horses.

Old cat played

My 14 year old cat was playing yesterday morning after taking the cosequin for about a week and a half. Her bones make a little pop from time to time. It was recommended to me by my vet and I found it here for a good price. I hope it continues to improve her quality of life.

my cat feels good!!!

My cat, now 15, had been having problems jumping on to and off off things and even going up and down the stairs. He had a gimp in his walk; in his hind end (hips) and I could tell he was in discomfort. After starting him on his cosequin, he has been walking so much better and can jump on and off things with much less difficulty. Plus, he even will eat it with his wet food!!!! thanks cosequin...I am so much happier for my kitty. I think he feels much better too :)

Cosequine Feline

My veterinarian recommended I put my 1 year-old cat on this product beacause of idiopathic urinary tract disease, since it has been shown to relax the muscles in the urinary tract. I just open the capsule and top dress his food with it. He eats it right up! Plus, by using cosequin, I have the added benefit of my cat having healthy joints!

Good Product!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, the kitty certainly finds the bottle interesting! Also doesn't seem to notice it on the food which is a definite plus. I ran it by the vet and she said it was fine to use. Time will tell if it makes a difference but I love my kitty so if this helps, great!!

Fat cat digs this stuff!

I've noticed comments about difficulty getting your cat to take this. What I do is open a bunch of the capsules and mix/stir it in to a full can of wet food. Then replace the food into the can. Each night I give my old girl a teaspoon or so. She gobbles it right up. That works for us, anyway.
