[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love Royal White Basmati Rice in our house. I use it to make all sorts of things from sweet to savory. We made a delicious cinnamon rice pudding that the kids devoured. In this picture you see I’ve used it for red rice. It’s great in dolma (stuffed grape leaves) and really anything you need. Tastes great and cooks up really nicely. Highly recommend!

i love this brand of rice, thought i'd save a lot buying the 20 pound bag. wrong. gross, gross, gross. smelled like the deteriorating plastic bag it came in, inside the burlap bag- combined with the strong smell of truck exhaust. i cooked a batch anyway, hoping against hope, but yuck, worse when cooked. gonna be expensive wild bird food i guess.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rice cooked up so easily. I used it for a bowl with salmon and it cooked quickly and was so very fluffy. There was no negative scent and did not have any issues with sticking or the rice not cooking evenly. The only downside was packaging as it was difficult to open in order to reseal. The stick for resealing did not stick after initially opening the package. This isnt a big deterrent as I do usually repackage my rice in containers but may not work for others who keep in existing packaging.

I like basmati rice and have been eating it for years. This one is of good quality at a great Price in a big 20 lbs bag. I purchased 2 20lbs Royal. I like the fact that Im able to tell when the rice is done, by the smell it produces when cooked. I use a regular pot and not the steam pots with timer and bells sounding when rice is done. My rice smell speaks to me when its done.

This is delicious, high quality rice that is Often out of stock in our SAMS Club because it is so pipular. Being able to purchase online is such a convenience! Rice is packaged in a plastic bag inside the zip burlap bag so it is clean and protected from moisture. The handy burlap bag is a plus for other uses.

This is absolutely the best rice by far! It has the best fluffy texture. It’s easy to make. It goes perfect with ALL of the meat /vegetables dishes, and you can easy share this secret with your family! I know so many families from other countries who use this product daily as a main staple in their kitchens. Don’t STIR it though. It will stick together and make the texture mushy🤨…

Basmati rice is loose and on the drier side which is good for eating with sauces as it doesn't get soggy but still gets coated with plenty of liquid on each grab of rice. It also goes well with tandoori style BBQ because of its non sticky texture. The bag is good size for the price. I usually pour the rice into a bit glass jar to store so the packaging is irrelevant once the product is opened.
