I buy this rice every so often, it's lot of it ,but we like rice. I take this big bag rice break it down to 2 cups per bag and vacuum it into flat packs so it stacks well after all rice is bagged I put it in bottom of our freezer. I like the Balsamic rice best. Stores well like this.

Basmati Rice has been my choice for over 25 years. It was introduced to my family by my late mum as a very fluffy rice with minute starch which goes out at first wash. Very sweet without sauce and has a buttery flavor. Left overs stay fresh in the fridge for days. A trial will convince anyone that cares. Very delicious

I have recently shifted to Royal basmati rice; earlier I used to have another one. This one is a good catch. The rice cooks perfectly with water balance; I cook sub-continental foods like biryani, etc., with this. Glad that I am ordering this. With my recommendations, my friends are switching to this. Most importantly, as I am concerned about the environment, I really appreciate the use of jute bag instead of plastic bags. You know, a small step can make huge differences.

This is an excellent brand of basmati, my favorite! If you've never tried basmati before I guarantee you it will be your favorite too! It is really excellent for any kind of Indian dishes but you can also use it for Mexican lime rice, that's what they use to have at Chipotle then they changed it to cheap white rice and it was never the same. You just basically cook it, make sure you put salt in it and then add lime juice to it.

If you like rice you should try Royal Basmati rice. It's the best tasting rice in the world! It even smells better than regular rice. You won't regret purchasing this. I live in East Tn and yrs ago I would drive all the way to Atlanta Georgia to buy it for my family. Thankfully Walmart started selling it.

You don't always need a sticky rice. Basmati is my favorite non-sticky rice and it has a distinctive, sweeter taste from being naturally fermented. And this brand, IMO, is the best. Besides, the woven bag is useful for so many other things after you empty it. A win all around.

very unusual jasmine rice it is a super long grain rice and it doesn't have the bite as a standard rice does will not be buying again unless I need a super long rice due to the size of it that you get

I was very disappointed with this rice. The outside bag was sealed, but the plastic bag inside that actually contained the rice was completely open. This was concerning because the rice was exposed inside the outer packaging. Also, the rice does not taste or smell like basmati rice. The flavor and quality were not what I expected from Royal Basmati Rice. I hope this issue can be looked into, as I would really appreciate better packaging.

I have bought this before and it was fine but this last time when I open the brown sack I found holes in the plastic and the rice always no good, it was very dirty looking and i think It had some sort of pantry bug in it. i just threw it away, I'll stick with jasmine rice.
