Royal Basmati stays whole and doesn’t get mushy. It has a great taste. Jasmine rice used to be my fave but I’m hooked on this one. Will never buy regular rice again. It’s worth the slight difference in price! You can use it in many recipes, not just Mediterranean dishes. I made Mexican rice with it.

Basmati rice is the only rice I use anymore. My son worked in a few restaurants and taught me the trick to having fluffy rice every time is to soak this for about an hour before cooking and rinse three times. This will reduce cooking time and the amount of liquid needed. You can use any stock as the liquid and I always toss in a couple of hot peppers. It comes out perfect every time.

This basmati rice is excellent quality, it cooks perfectly every time and comes out light, and fluffy. I’ve tried basmati from different stores, and this one is definitely cheaper compared to many places without compromising on taste or texture. Great value for the quality you get.

I have been eating Jasmine rice for over 30 years. My Sam’s was temporarily out of Jasmine rice and I had been wanting to try Basmati rice so I got a sack. It is so good especially If you like rice that doesn’t stick together. It makes great fried rice. Wash it very thoroughly to get the starch out. I use a rice cooker and use less water than they call for. I use 1-3/4 cups water to 1-cup rice.

I really enjoy this rice with light seasoning/sauce. The packaging is excellent. A sealed plastic bag within a nicely decorated burlap sack that has a zippered opening and handle. I plan to repurpose the sack for grocery shopping once I've eaten all the rice. Great product.

price wise its much more expensive than my local Indian grocery store due to bad weather I had to get it from Walmart this time but Royal is my favorite brand for basmati rice .I have been using this brand for years and I will not buy any other kind .Full of aroma , perfect grain doesn't need oil or butter to make steamed we just all love and enjoy this rice however we choose to make it . I highly recommend this product.

I absolutely love this rice made in my Instant Pot on rice setting. It comes out fluffy every time. The taste is a hint of sweet, we eat it plain.
