We use a lot of rice in our household and basmati is definitely of special use... Royal basmati from Sam's is definitely my go to... Its cheaper than all of the other retailers that carry it... For sure... Do try this if u wanna try premium basmati !

Basmati rice this brand is always the best. The only thing I don’t like about having it sent to my home is when they put it on the hood of your car instead of bringing it to your front door as you’re supposed to Walmartneeds to consider who they used to be their mail service

There was no negative scent and did not have any issues with sticking or the rice not cooking evenly. The only downside was packaging as it was difficult to open in order to reseal. The stick for resealing did not stick after initially opening the package. This isnt a big deterrent as I do usually repackage my rice in containers but may not work for others who keep in existing packaging.

I love plain white rice and was able to settle my stomach with the rice before adding it to the soup. The rice itself held up so well in the broth. This is aged basmati rice. Best way is to soak it before if you are using 20 min-rice cooker 30 min-stove top in wide pan 12 min-pressure cooker on stove top Follow rice to the ratio of water. Basmati rice need soaking like all other healthy Grains and lentils. Soaking takes out starch. This is basically for pilafs. These are not sticky rice. If you want to make Asian style then no need to soak. Add little extra the amount of water in rice cooker. Always check the guidelines.
