I had an infestation of pantry moths, because of this rice i did not realize it until i opened the container an had moths flying out an small.larva crawling all over the rice, and i didn store the rice in an air tight container.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! Our family loves rice and this has become one of our favorites. Super easy to cook and tastes fantastic paired with the rest of our meal. The rice smells great and comes in really easy to open packaging. I also like the longer grain length and had an overall great experience with this product.

Taste and texture is as good as expected, but I am used to cooking Basmati rice at a 2:1 ratio of water to rice, and using this ratio produced a lot of excess overflow liquid from my rice cooker compared to other brands of Basmati. I will have to experiment and use slightly less water next time I cook.

Royal Basmati Rice is my absolute favorite! The 20-pound bag is a fantastic value, and the price is hard to beat. We always have it on hand at home because it's the most delicious rice to cook with. Whether for everyday meals or special occasions, this rice never disappoints. I highly recommend buying this 20-pound bag—you won't find a better deal for such high-quality rice.

The rice is superb. There is no problem with the rice so far. We’ve been used to eating this. But the problem is it is always OUT OF STOCK in walmart!! Why do you bring it in so little quantity that every week for 1-2 days it’s in the stock other than that all around the week it’s not available. Please bring enough quantity of royal basmati rice. We like it and enjoy it, and more importantly dependent on it. Thanks.

I opened the bag of rice a week after its purchase to find green and black clumps of rice inside. The clumps were sticky, and the color was quite unnatural. I don't think it's mold, although it certainly looks like it. I've never had issues buying this particular brand of rice before; in fact, it's one of my favorites. However, Walmart did provide me with a refund for the item.
