I tried the sleep3 by natures bounty and I was able to stay asleep longer and felt more rested when I awake in the morning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this natural sleep aid. I used to just take melatonin before this, which I liked. However, this is better. It has more natural sleep aids that just melatonin that really help you relax and get a good nights sleep. Fast and long release melatonin as well.

The first night I took it, I didn't pay attention and I popped it out of the foil pack and down it went. The second night I just held it in my hand a bit longer to go get some water, and, afterwords, I started smelling this bad odor of smelly feet. After looking around trying to locate it, I realized it was my hand! The following night then, I actually took out one of the Nature's Bounty Sleep3 Melatonin 10mg pills and smelled it. The smell of these pills is simply revolting. It literally smells like someone's feet after a long day walking or a sports game. I popped more of them and from a different pack to see if maybe it was just a few of them. Nope. They all have an overwhelming odor of sweaty, dirty feet. I threw them in the garbage and I will start looking for a different brand also for my vitamins. This made me completely distrust Nature's Bounty. Beware!

If you need to fall asleep quickly without feeling sleepy when you get up this is the perfect route to “Sleepily Land” the perfect trip!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive been using these for about 1 month now and they work great! It works gradually and doesn't have the groggy feeling in the morning. Also they are very easy to take! I will definitely be recommending these to family and friends with sleep problems.

Nature's Bounty Sleep 3 is great. I'm able to fall asleep quickly (taken 30 minutes before bed) and stay asleep all night. The extended release portion provides enough melatonin throughout the night to ensure I stay asleep. If I wake to use the restroom in the middle of the night (I drink a lot of water), I'm able to fall asleep right away. Make sure to give yourself 8 hours of sleep time, as it can make you groggy if not enough time has elapsed to dissolve the extended release portion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wasnt to sure at first as most sleep aids dont work, but this product help, not sure if it's because there's three layers to this product but I was very happy with how it worked and it even kept me sleeping. I very happy I got this and I will be going out and getting more

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried Nature's Bounty Sleep3 the last few nights and I have to say I really liked it. It's one pill before bed and the next thing you know it's morning and you feel your normal energized self. The natural ingredients are important to me so this will definitely be something I keep in my medicine cabinet.

I've been using this for about 3 weeks now and still have not had a full nights sleep. Last night for example, I took the tablet at 9:30, in bed at 10, awake at 12, awake at 2, awake at 4, took a melatonin tablet, awake at 6, got up at 7:30. I got just as much sleep with a lower priced sleep aid.
