This is the first sleep aid I have ever took that starts working quickly, doesn't just knocks me out helps me fall into a more natural sleep and that actually continue to sleep through the night no waking up half out of it and then crashing out again. When I get up in the morning I feel refreshed and awake I don't feel out of it or still half-asleep. This stuff works good and actually makes you feel like you are getting good natural sleep

I've been using this for about 3 weeks now and still have not had a full nights sleep. Last night for example, I took the tablet at 9:30, in bed at 10, awake at 12, awake at 2, awake at 4, took a melatonin tablet, awake at 6, got up at 7:30. I got just as much sleep with a lower priced sleep aid.

Nature's Bounty Sleep 3 is great. I'm able to fall asleep quickly (taken 30 minutes before bed) and stay asleep all night. The extended release portion provides enough melatonin throughout the night to ensure I stay asleep. If I wake to use the restroom in the middle of the night (I drink a lot of water), I'm able to fall asleep right away. Make sure to give yourself 8 hours of sleep time, as it can make you groggy if not enough time has elapsed to dissolve the extended release portion.

I tried the sleep3 by natures bounty and I was able to stay asleep longer and felt more rested when I awake in the morning.

It's one pill before bed and the next thing you know it's morning and you feel your normal energized self. The natural ingredients are important to me so this will definitely be something I keep in my medicine cabinet.

This review was collected as part of a promotion, and the opinions are my own. I take 3mg of melatonin a few nights a week, so, I was a little concerned about jumping to 10mg. I was pleasantly surprised that I wasn't put into too deep of a sleep to where waking was difficult. A couple of nights, I've awakened to use the restroom or get some water. I was extremely happy that I was able to get back to sleep quickly, clearly thanks to the time-release formula. When it comes time to wake in the morning, it is not difficult to do. The only downside that I have found is that I have some dreams that are significantly more vivid than normal and, more often than normal, they are unpleasant. Being able to go back to sleep so easily after waking during the night and still being able to wake refreshed in the morning far outweighs this one issue.

I recently purchased Nature's Bounty Sleepy3 to help with an ongoing issue I have with insomnia. I often find it difficult to fall asleep and to stay asleep. I usually take an OTC pain reliever PM pill, but would prefer not to take pain meds every night. The Sleep3 worked well at relaxing me when I went to bed. It didn't make feel drowsy as much as I just felt calm. I did still wake up at night, but it was maybe once per night as opposed to 2 or 3 times. Most importantly, I did not wake groggy the next morning. Overall, I would recommend this product to anyone with difficulty sleeping who doesn't want to take a strong sleed aid. The pills are triple layer and contain valerian, lemon balm, lavender, L-theanine, chamomile, and melatonin. The pills were not not too big and were easy to swallow, with no aftertaste..
