Avoid it at all cost

I bought this hoping I finally found something that worked but I was wrong. I actually didn't fall asleep until after 3 am and had to get up at 5.

can u take more then 1 of the sleep 3 pills if your a big person ?

Dosage of Melatonin is twice what is should be.

Melatonin dose is too high

I usually don't have a lot of trouble sleeping, but when I am restless or thinking too much, this is the best sleep  aid I have found.  They say there are no drugs in it and everything is natural,  I get a relaxing sleep, if I wake up  to go to the bathroom during the night I go right back to sleep, and I wake up alert and feeling good in the morning.
