They say there are no drugs in it and everything is natural, I get a relaxing sleep, if I wake up to go to the bathroom during the night I go right back to sleep, and I wake up alert and feeling good in the morning.

I have difficulty falling asleep a few times a week. I've tried so many things suggestions, relaxing at night, reading, warm baths, glass red wine. No lingering tiredness or fatigue. I recommend these pills. I hope my sleep becomes more routine, and I can reduce these pills to those nights when I feel more stressed or restless. So far, I am pleasantly happy with them.
