I was pleasantly surprised that I wasn't put into too deep of a sleep to where waking was difficult. A couple of nights, I've awakened to use the restroom or get some water. I was extremely happy that I was able to get back to sleep quickly, clearly thanks to the time-release formula. When it comes time to wake in the morning, it is not difficult to do. The only downside that I have found is that I have some dreams that are significantly more vivid than normal and, more often than normal, they are unpleasant. Being able to go back to sleep so easily after waking during the night and still being able to wake refreshed in the morning far outweighs this one issue.

I have tried these for a week now. I did like that these Melatonin tablets seemed to last a longer than the gummies I have used previously. This means taking 1 tablet a night instead of a second gummy in the middle of the night, which is good. However, I didn't like the taste or aftertaste, which I kept burping for a few hours. That may just be me. The tablets aren't huge so swallowing for most people shouldn't be a problem. I do wish they had a thin coating to allow for easier swallowing & less of a strong vitamin taste. I tried Nature's Bounty Sleep3 for a couple of days and here's what I think. I'm a terrible sleeper and I've tried a lot of products on the market to help me sleep. Some products are good, and some not so good. I found Sleep3 to be pretty good. I tried it for a couple of nights and I found that I slept well with no side-effects that I've experienced before, such as excessive sleepiness or jitteriness in the morning. I took the tablet about a half hour before bed as per directions and fell asleep not too long after. In think I slept pretty well as when I awoke, I felt pretty good and ready to hit my day running. The tablets themselves are easy to swallow, and I like that they are drug-free. I also like that it contains L-theanine, like in green tea. I was kind of shocked that the tablets have 10 mg of melatonin. I've taken other tablets containing 10 mg of melatonin and I had real issues getting up the next day. I had no problems with the Sleep3 tablets. I awoke the next day at a reasonable time with no problems any kind. Sleep3 is going to be my go-to sleep aid for the foreseeable future because of the absence of side effects and the fact that it's drug free. Nature's Bounty Sleep 3 helped me get sleep. Following the directions, I took a tablet 30 minutes prior sleep. The tablet is a little big, but it was easy to swallow, and it didn't have an aftertaste. The tablet has 10 mg of Melatonin and 200 mg of L-Theanine. Since my body is very sensitive to vitamins and medications, I wasn't sure how I would react to this tablet. I slept soundly for about 4 hours then woke up for a “nature call.” It took me about 40 minutes to fall back to sleep and I would like to be able to fall back to sleep quicker. I remembered having very vivid dreams until my alarm clock woke me up. I'm very glad that the Sleep 3 didn't make feel groggy the following morning. I was able to get up early and go about my normal routine. I'm looking forward to taking this tablet during an upcoming 9-hour redeye flight. I really liked Sleep 3 by Natures Bounty. It worked really well. I tried 2 other sleep aids over the past few weeks and this one worked the best.
