ordered this product after ordering and trying at least a dozen other kinds of sleep help products. I didn't have high hopes to be honest. After trying sleep3 for 4 days, I will say it works. I have terrible insomnia and nothing seems to work. Sleep3 worked really well the first night. About 35-45 mins after I took it, I felt very sleepy. I slept a good 5 hours uninterrupted. The next 3 nights it didn't work as quickly, but it still worked good. The pills have no taste or after taste. They are a medium to large size, but coated and not hard to swallow. For me, I probably won't take it every night as I don't want it to lose its efficacy. It doesn't say it will, however, in the past with other sleep meds, it has happened (usually on night 2 or 3). My 84 year old mother also tried these for 4 nights and had a great experience. She said she felt more refreshed and well rested than she had in years. I will say, my favorite part of the Sleep3 is no morning hangover. No feeling woozy. No feeling super tired when you wake up. The first night I took it, I didn't pay attention and I popped it out of the foil pack and down it went. The second night I just held it in my hand a bit longer to go get some water, and, afterwords, I started smelling this bad odor of smelly feet. After looking around trying to locate it, I realized it was my hand! The following night then, I actually took out one of the Nature's Bounty Sleep3 Melatonin 10mg pills and smelled it. The smell of these pills is simply revolting. It literally smells like someone's feet after a long day walking or a sports game. I popped more of them and from a different pack to see if maybe it was just a few of them. Nope. They all have an overwhelming odor of sweaty, dirty feet. I threw them in the garbage and I will start looking for a different brand also for my vitamins. This made me completely distrust Nature's Bounty. Beware!
