Does not work any better than just generic 5 mg melatonin for falling asleep, possibly even worse. Herbal blend does not appear to be helpful, possibly a detriment to falling asleep. The product definitely does NOT help you stay asleep. We actually seemed to have worse nights the nights we tried this product. Just use regular melatonin!

It took me a little longer than 30 minutes to fall asleep but I did sleep very well for the first few hours. But normally I don't sleep very well to begin with. ordered this product after ordering and trying at least a dozen other kinds of sleep help products. I didn't have high hopes to be honest. After trying sleep3 for 4 days, I will say it works. I have terrible insomnia and nothing seems to work. Sleep3 worked really well the first night. About 35-45 mins after I took it, I felt very sleepy. I slept a good 5 hours uninterrupted. The next 3 nights it didn't work as quickly, but it still worked good. The pills have no taste or after taste. They are a medium to large size, but coated and not hard to swallow. For me, I probably won't take it every night as I don't want it to lose its efficacy. It doesn't say it will, however, in the past with other sleep meds, it has happened (usually on night 2 or 3). My 84 year old mother also tried these for 4 nights and had a great experience. She said she felt more refreshed and well rested than she had in years. I will say, my favorite part of the Sleep3 is no morning hangover. No feeling woozy. No feeling super tired when you wake up.
