They do their job!!!! I try them and is my 2nd time I'll get them again !!!! Why because they do help you out to fall to sleep faster and also wake up fresh!!!! I notice the even after drinking caffeine few hrs before bed time !!! Do work for me!!! So no problem before sleep time!!!! Though I do recommend to drink a relaxing tea!!! To do even better!!! tried these Sleep3 pills and had great results. I took them 30-45 minutes before bed. They are oval shape and easy to swallow. I went to sleep within 15 minutes and actually slept through the night. None of the tossing and turning that I normally go through at night. I woke up feeling great!

I have always had trouble sleeping. I have tried different products, most made me groggy the next day. I tried the Natures Bounty Sleep 3 maximum strength sleep-aid. I took as directed, and it seemed to help me get to sleep. Most nights, I woke after a couple hours, and had trouble getting back to sleep. Unfortunately, that is normal for me. I was excited to try the Nature's Bounty Sleep3 drug-free sleep aid. I have significant trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. I found the pills somewhat larger than I expected, but they had a pleasant mildly-sweet taste and a smooth texture. The pill was relatively easy to swallow despite it being bit larger than other sleep supplements I've tried. I was able to quickly fall asleep and slept for several hours (4-5( before waking. Unfortunately, after trying it for several nights, I didn't find it was helpful to me with my issue of waking in the night and being unable to return to sleep.
