Great product! I sleep well and wake up refreshed!

I have been using Nature's Bounty Sleep 3 for 3 weeks now. I found that it helps make me sleepy within an hour of taking it. I had been taking melatonin and Benadryl prior to taking this product. Was hoping to stop the Benadryl. My main problem has been staying asleep. With just the Sleep 3 I would wake up multiple times a night, almost hourly, but usually fell back asleep within 5 minutes. I added the Benadryl back with the Sleep3 and only woke up several times a night. For me, Sleep 3 was no more effective for helping me fall asleep and keeping me asleep than the cheaper melatonin and Benadryl. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried Nature's Bounty Sleep3 with pleasant results. I felt relaxed, and calm with less thoughts running through my head. It seemed that I was asleep fairly quickly. I woke up without feeling groggy or tired. It was refreshing!

Works much better than melatonin alone. I always get a good night's sleep with these. I will buy again.
