Zatarin's fish fry is fantastic on fish, chicken, and fried vegetables. I used it on fried okra and green fried tomatoes. My nephew put it on french fries. I'm not sure about those. I never tried them coated with Zatarin's mix. I love the large canister and pre-mixed coating. I add a little black pepper and more garlic to my mix. It is fine without any additions. I will be using some on fried chicken tonight. It makes a nice light crispy coating. I just dip my meat in buttermilk, drop it into a large can, and shake it to mix. Easy clean up job. Definitely recommend.

I purchased this product from my local Sam's club and loved it. I went back a few month's later only to find that they no longer carry it. I'm so heart broken. Best fish seasoning I've ever had, and the value could not be beat.

We use this for our annual fish fry. We fry our fish in peanut oil, and when we coat the fish in this batter- it adheres well and makes the fish both tastey and delicious.mi highly recommend.

This fish fry mix is fantastic. I must say I never expected such a large jar of it. Also-it must be stored in your Fridge after opening ! Fish fry can be used to fry veggies too ! It makes delish -non greasy fried foods.
