we have used this product for 20 years to bread catfish in our restaurant, wouldn't use anything else.

good taste and easy to use but a little bland, i add cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and paprika to kick it up a notch.

I am giving this to my son-in-law for his birthday. He's always asking me if I have any fish fry. Hope this will last him awhile. Good price.

my local market stopped carrying this. the seasonings are just the way i like it. great for chicken too

I don't use anything else. I used so much in my business I bought at least 2 gallons every week. Perfect seasoning.

A few people think it is spicier one meal to the next but others don't notice a difference.

this is all we use for fish frys. Love it

It's Zatarain's. Of course it's fantastic. Only seasoning I use for frying fish.

it is a great product i will use it over and over again coats well with out the heavy bread batter

Great product at a remarkable value. Thank you, Sam's Club!
