This by far the best fish fry I have bought and all you do is put in a zip lock bag add you seafood, fish, shrimp, oyster's, etc. no seasoning is needed its all ready seasoned. Fry on 350 degrees and eat well.

It created a good crust on my fish. The taste is nice. It's a bit too salty though.

Best breading for frying any seafood. I do not have to add any other seasonings! I’m not much of a cook so having to just batter and fry is perfect for me.
