This by far the best fish fry I have bought and all you do is put in a zip lock bag add you seafood, fish, shrimp, oyster's, etc. no seasoning is needed its all ready seasoned. Fry on 350 degrees and eat well.

This is great for breading fish and vegetables. I haven't tried it on other seafood because I don't like to fry everything, but I imagine it would be good on many types. I don't add salt when I use it. Highly recommend.

Bought this item for a fish/chicken strip fry at our local church. Hugely successful and VERY easy! We had two outdoor fryers (one for fish, one for chicken) and simply tossed the fillets in corresponding tubs of coating before frying. Great flavor, subtle heat.

Tried this tonight on pork cutlets, family loved it, I read the reviews on this before purchasing, alot of folks said it wasn't very spicy, some said it was- My husband only likes mild spice if any and, he loved it. He said there is a mild bite but not noticeable to him, in fact he thinks it will be great on fried chicken! I love the way it coats meat and actually sticks to the meat and it fry's up beautifully. Next time I probably will add a bit more pepper but, Its salted perfectly-and not too much,so no need for any more salt! Absolutely love this product and will be using it from now on! ❤️

Best breading for frying any seafood. I do not have to add any other seasonings! I'm not much of a cook so having to just batter and fry is perfect for me.

It created a good crust on my fish. The taste is nice. It's a bit too salty though.
