It says Fish but I use this to fry fish and chicken. I must say that my fried chicken is awesome when I use this.

Love this product and it comes in a great size so you don't have to keep shopping for small packages.

This by far the best fish fry I have bought and all you do is put in a zip lock bag add you seafood, fish, shrimp, oyster's, etc. no seasoning is needed its all ready seasoned. Fry on 350 degrees and eat well.

Best breading for frying any seafood. I do not have to add any other seasonings! I'm not much of a cook so having to just batter and fry is perfect for me.
