As a Louisiana native, I know what good seafood tastes like and this is the best! Zatarain's seasons it well and coats it with just the right flavor and texture. I soak my catfish in buttermilk, hotsauce and egg for several hours or overnight and then use this Fish-Fri to create the perfect meal.

I have used this product for years. The batter is seasoned well, no need to add salt. I can no longer find this brand in my local Sam's Club so I have to order online. This order was sent to a relative in Mississippi. They cannot find it there, so whenever i travel there i have to take a container.

Your Ocala Sam’s Florida quit selling individual jars of Zatarain’s fish fry. I know I can order it but I enjoy shopping in the store because there are other things I need I buy most of it at the Gainesville location. They still have it individual jars I do the Fish fries at our church so I go through eight jars every Friday night. Not no big deal but I did stop at the Gainesville store on the way home to pick up what I needed.

I've been looking for this for months. I asked an associate at Quincy, Ill. . She helped me get it. wish you would carry catfish fillets there all the time. YOU DON'T.I drive 70 miles to get things at that store. Sometimes I come home with things you DON'T HAVE. WASTED TRIP.

My family always loves to do a fish fry and I love that this breading mix comes in a 5.75 lb bottle instead of having to keep buying so many of the little bags, it's so much more convenient. It breads the fish real nice, has great flavor and gives the fish a good crisp after frying. I love that the container seals up tight to keep it fresh.

Whoaa this container is humungous.. should last you a lifetime. I don't fry anything alot but recently wanted to try a basic receipe. Few friends and family members use this brand and highly recommend it. This is it. Literally you need nothing more to fry whatever you plan to. Highly recommend.

I should have looked closer. Because for the price it was not a good value. By the time I had to pay for shipping not good. I don't know why I could not had it sent to the store so I would not have to pay for shipping you can on other items. Will not buy again.

Great item. I paid no attention to the size of the jug when I ordered this. (it is over 5 Lbs) The only thing I disliked was the jar was near IMPOSSIBLE to open. I actually had sores/cuts similar to rug burn from trying to open. The product is great once you get into the jug.

Bought for my guy to take on a fishing trip to Canada. He and 8 others spent a week there and they ate plenty of fish while they were there and the gallon size jug of Zatarains was perfect for the trip. Enough for the week, tasted great, easy to use!

We have been using Fish-Fry for more than 6 years for our community and family events. Most everyone that buys/eats our fish thinks we have a secret way we cook and always comments on taste and absence of grease. We could not find the product in our local Sams during covid...just found it was available on line. Everyone is happy to have our fish back again.
