The primary ingredient of this stuff must be salt. It's not just salty, it's extremely salty. A complete waste of money and seafood.

Yasss!!!! This breading will make your family or guest believe you're a true southerner. I use it without even seasoning my fish before frying. We used this at our church's annual picnic. Needless to say the fish was the hit of the event. Everyone wanted to know what we put on the fish. Not even salt and pepper had been applied to the fish just this breading. Awesome

Zatarin's fish fry is fantastic on fish, chicken, and fried vegetables. I used it on fried okra and green fried tomatoes. My nephew put it on french fries. I'm not sure about those. I never tried them coated with Zatarin's mix. I love the large canister and pre-mixed coating. I add a little black pepper and more garlic to my mix. It is fine without any additions. I will be using some on fried chicken tonight. It makes a nice light crispy coating. I just dip my meat in buttermilk, drop it into a large can, and shake it to mix. Easy clean up job. Definitely recommend.

We had a Fish Fry cook out on the block, we used this fish fry batter and everyone enjoy their fish, it was season good and didn't have much batter on the fish like some of the other products I used before. If you plan on having a fish fry then you should try this one.

I finally received this product. and after reading so many reviews I couldn't get confirmation if I were to use egg wash would this make my fish crispy. I am here to say it was very crispy and extremely good. Was one of the best purchases I have made and a long time. I see why people love this product

I purchased this product from my local Sam's club and loved it. I went back a few month's later only to find that they no longer carry it. I'm so heart broken. Best fish seasoning I've ever had, and the value could not be beat.
