I got this litter as it is lightweight and I had an operation not so long ago. But the product tracks down too much, and much to my surprise my cat somehow tipped over the entire litter box; so everything spilled on the floor. No more lightweight for me, sorry.

The worst cat little I have ever purchased, and I have owned cats my entire life. It is lightweight, but they fail to tell you that it will track all over the house. I am cleaning my floors and stairs multiple times a day. Not for just a little bit, but for lots of litter tracked all over the house by one pet. Aweful and a wate of my money!!!

I used this for the first time and I was worried my kitties wouldn't use it because the y are so picky.  I have 2 boxes in the house and I put this in the one that is used less just in case.  And to my surprise they were using that one more than the other one.  It seemed to stay fresh longer and I love the scent.  So we are all happy : )

I bought three containers of the lightweight litter.  I previously used the regular tidy cat.  The new litter is horrible!  It gets stuck in my cat's paws and if her feet get wet in the litter box, I have footprints all over the floor.  I went back to the regular tidy cat and would NEVER BUY the lightweight litter again.

I have been purchasing the lightweight product since the beginning and am totally satisfied. This product has a great clumping ability and is so much easier to carry and use from the pails. The pails are also reusable for a variety of household chores.

I tried this litter out and found it to be a lot less messy than my normal litter. My cats dont seem to kick it up as much as their other litter resulting in much less litter mess around their box. It also did a great job of controlling odors for quite awhile. My only complaint about this litter is that it doesn't clump as well as my normal brand and the clumps tend to be very loose and fall apart while cleaning the box.

After years and years of using Fresh Step, I finally was tired of choking on the litter dust every time I got near it......and it was all over furniture, etc. A friend recommended Tidy Cat Lightweight.....not only is it something I can actually pick up easily (not heavy), but there is almost no dust, my cat seems fine with it, and it lasts longer than Fresh Step - great find!

I have been using the small spaces litter for my (one) cat, and decided to try this since it's lighter (I live in a high rise). I was very disappointed though and had to leave this review. This is the most dusty litter I have ever come across! I have mild asthma and could not breathe just scooping the box - never mind refilling it!! Plus another huge negative - it gets tracked SO much more than the regular one! It also sticks to my cat's fur and paws when completely dry for further tracking. I have to sweep/vacuum multiple times a day instead of once. Clumping for urine works much better (doesn't stick to box as much - huge plus) but it's probably from the film of dust! And I don't know what people are referring to about good odor control - clean box smells after one use. I do not recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never tried a lightweight cat litter before. It was such a nice suprise when I lifted up the bottle. We have 7 cats and I use 4 litter boxes so that I can go a few days between scooping them. I put the lightweight in one box and our regular kind in the other boxes. They used the old kind first, but they did use the lightweight one, too. It was such a shock to scoop it and have it still be very light weight. I loved that. It clumped perfectly. I love how it's dust free. There was no scent, good or bad and I REALLY liked that, too. I hate the perfumey scent that some of them have . It's almost as bad as the cat odors. I would definitely recommend this and use it again!!

My mom recommended and I tried. Love the decreased weight as I live upstairs. However in our multi cat household it was paws down. Out of box boycotting. Blened with regular tidy cat. Same results. Did not like the texture and did not seem to clump as hard. Wonderful concept and I applaud the effort but it was a no go.
