Who ever invented this product must never have emptied a litter box. It clumps nicely, but clings to the side of the box like plaster. I threw an almost half-ful away and voed never to use it again. (I'll keep going to the gym and use the older product.)

I have 8 rescue Cats. So it is very important to have a litter that is easy to scoop, that doesn't leave an offensive odor and one that doesn't cause my waste basket to be too heavy. With 8 cats I use a lot of litter and will continue to use the Tidy Cat Lightweight.

I appreciate using the Lightweight formula in the "travel" litter box for our two cats because we need to pick up the box and move it often - i.e. truck to camper, camper to truck, into a cottage, etc. We use the regular weight at home because those boxes stay in one place. I am disappointed that my store no longer carries the lightweight version so I have to shop elsewhere for it now. I like to be a "one stop" shopper!

Not to thrilled over this product. For starters it's so "light weight" that isn't being tracked all over my house. Second my poor cats feet are covered with it, they are not to happy trying to clean it off. I think I may stay with my regular stuff. Good try though.

Interesting, how best reviews get listed first by default! Seriously, high reviews have been posted by Tidy or someone who gets paid to do so. This is the worst litter ever, do not buy and waste time on it. My house was full of litter since we tried it, it s too light, so it sticks to cat paws and doesn't clump as we'll nor stay in the box. Doesn't t help with smell, sticks to the scooper. It s just one big gross mess. Invented by balloon artist. Pull it from a shelf!

I decided to give this a try because I live on the third floor of my building and I have some trouble carrying the 35 lbs pail up the stairs. I will not buy it again. It was far dustier than the regular kind. Also, since it is lighter, my cats track it all over the place much easier. I would have to vacuum every time they use the litter box to keep the floor clean. It was not clumping as well either. The much higher price is not worth it at all. I was going to submit my receipt to get my money back, but the satisfaction guarantee link seems to have disappeared or is not currently available. Disappointing product.

I must say I was really impressed with this litter! It was so lightweight which made carrying multiple jugs (I have multiple cats) so much easier! The cost was also comparable to what I already pay so that was a huge plus. The ammonia blocker worked so well too! If you're in the market for cat litter then I highly recommend the Tidy Cats Lightweight litter!

This litter works great and is so much easier for me to use. I have back issues so heavy boxes of cat litter are very difficult for me to transport. I love the convenience of shipping these containers right to my home, too. This is a great cat litter product that I highly recommend.

I was so excited to see a new lightweight litter but this was a big disappointment. When my cats urinate, the result is like wet sand. It makes the box very hard to clean - the urine/litter mix has to be scraped off the side of the box and it sticks to the scooper. A scooper really do not work with this litter - you need a trowel.

I love this product. I have arthritis in my knees and shoulders. I couldn't carry a 20 Lb. container of the original litter upstairs. Scooping was painful and emptying the box was agony. This litter is so helpful. No bad odors, easy to scoop and it has a nice smell. It is pricey but it's worth every penny for me.
