[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the Tidy Cat Litter for kittens best. It is not great for adult cats because i dont feel it mask odors as well. I should probably say mask that ammonia smell. When i put half in my kittens litter, it worked great but my 2 Adult cats box i could smell after a few days. It is very light so easy for cats to cover their potties. The container was easier to carry versus the heavier one i purchased before. So im torn on buying more.

We are a Tidy Cat household and just recently started using "Tidy Cats LightWeight 24/7 Performance Clumping Cat Litter". I don't know how long this has been on the market, but it's been a game changer! We have 3 cats that have varying degrees of what is acceptable as far as covering up after they've used the litter box, so even though the other Tidy Cat litters are great, there was still a lot of scooping involved. This new (or at least new to our house) type of litter is amazing! Because it actually DOES clump up everything, it's so easy to scoop out and we're able to get by a few more days before needing to completely empty and refresh the litter.

We bought some of this because we liked the lighter weight and hoped it would be less dusty. Never buying it again. The cat tracks it all over the house, which is just gross and disgusting. We're throwing away what is left, tossing what remains in the cat's litter box and going back to what we used before.

I have three older cats who are not particularly "tidy" in their litter box behavior. The lighter weight litter doesn't seem to stick their feet as much as the regular litter, so they don't track it around as much. It is dustier than I like, however. It gets dustier while it is in the box! Overall, it is an improvement though.

I bought this last weekend and I am beyond thrilled. I wasn't sure if i would like it or not, but it's the best! I have a diabetic kitty who pees a lot and it's always heavy clumped litter in one spot. With the lightweight it was not even half the weight. It was so much lighter. It's the best! I am now a believer!

I have 3 cats, 4 litter boxes and we only use tidy cats! We've temporarily moved to a different city and are in a smaller apartment than we're use too. I wasn't so afraid my home was going to smell like litter box, but this litter is so great at masking any odors!

Tidy Cat had sent me a sample bottle of this litter (regular size) and I thought my only complaint was how the cats paws sank down to the bottom of the pan with this stuff. A month or so down the line we decided to try another bottle of it. I can smell it's fragrance all throughout the house and I'm hating it. I think I'm going to put some vinegar in a spray bottle and see if I can neutralize the scent a little. I prefer this litter with the Litter Genie because the regular stuff is so dense and heavy, but I just can't tolerate the smell. • They say the 8.5lb = a regular 20lb but they charge far more for the lightweight. • I didn't find the dust to be a problem. • It seems to last a good while. I want $15 to last closer to a month, not just two weeks (8.5lb) • I guess I'll be sticking with Tidy Cat Scoop (blue label) (20lb 2/$16 Petco) even though it weighs a ton

I have been using this litter for a couple of months now and I am so disappointed. As another reviewer said, my cats leave moist little footprints when leaving their litter box and they track this stuff everywhere in my house. It is so much worse than any other litter I have used. It is NOT dust free as advertised. Also, this litter does not eliminate odor as well as the brand I used to use. So, while this litter is much lighter than others, to me it is not as good plus, it's really expensive compared to my other brand. It is back to lugging heavy containers of litter. At least I won't be mopping and sweeping every time one of the girls uses her box.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What I love most about Tidy Cats & their Tidy Cats Lightweight cat litter is that I can easily put it in my shopping cart, in & out of the car while also bringing inside my house!! Makes grocery shopping in general less of a hassle.

This litter is great except for a little dust when its freshly added to pan. Other than that its awesome! We had 5 cats but now we have 4 but no matter what this litter is great. Not that expensive either. 24 hour protection is the one we use. Thanks for a great product.
