This is the worst cat litter! It's lighter and they claim you use less, but instead of leaving one big clump like it's supposed to, it left the urine "wet" and when I went to scoop it, it crumbled into a million little pieces. I ended up using WAY more than the regular cat litter. I went through it so fast using so much more, it ended up being a complete waste of money!

I have 2 cats & have used regular Tidy Cats litter for years, and loved the new lightweight, at first. It was so easy to carry that it stopped making litter buying such a chore. Also clumped together well. But I've gone back to normal weight litter (and switched brands). The lightweight had a strong smell - not bad, but not great. Additionally, it was SO DUSTY - dust was coating everything in the room with the litter box constantly. Also, while scooping was easier because it was all so light, the dust scooping created was so bad I felt like I needed to cover my face while doing it. Last, the cats were tracking the litter and dust everywhere. If they fixed the smell, dust and tracking issues, I'd consider trying it again.

I bought this litter because it said that it is 99.9% dust free and has continuous odor control. Both are a completely false. A quarter of the litter is made up of dust. I can't scoop the litter without covering my face because the dust is so bad. It has no odor control. I have to clean the litter box 2+ times a day because it smells bad. By the 5th day I had to dump the whole litter box because I couldn't stand the smell.

I used it and let me cats choose between the normal Tidy Cats and the Lightweight version. My cats REFUSED to use the Lightweight Tidy Cats. They HATE it. Like all normal, healthy cats, mine enjoy digging in their litterbox before relieving themselves. The Lightweight Tidy Cats does not feel right to them and they refuse to use it. It doesn't matter that the Lightweight Tidy Cats is lighter, the old formula is the only way for me unless I feel like cleaning my carpet daily because my cats refuse the litterbox

It is truly is light as advertised which was surprising. I do buy Tidy cat litter for my cat and it works pretty well for him. So seeing this product made me excited to try. I trust Tidy Cat so I had high expectations for it. It works the same as the other litters. It covers odor well. It has a pleasant aroma when you open the container. The only negative thing is that it does produce the powdery substance when you pour from the container. I wish that could be eliminated.

It does everything else just fine, in fact very well but it has a lot of very fine and light dust so it sticks in the cat's fur, blows around near the litter box and only gets worse as the cats use it and you scoop it. It's a shame but I've gone back to cheap clumping stuff with silica crystals.

The litter itself is so much lighter which makes it a lot easier for me to get it home. It helps neutralize any orders that might come from the litter box and the clumping makes it easier to clean up.

I bought this item about a month and a half ago, the litter lasts it stays fresh and light, it does not get clumpy in the bottom like other clumping brands the litter makes cleaning nice and fast. I am pretty sure my cats love it too I found 2 of my 3 cats playing in it after its cleaned. I love clean litter, but the only thing I don't like about this item is it's price . Lol;)

I've had a single cat for a year and been pleasantly surprised that his litter box has never smelled like cat urine. I bought your product and have been using for less than a week and now all I smell in that area is cat urine. He's not going out of the box.  Light is great, but I'll take heavy and less stink any day!!!!!!! Honestly, considering the higher price, I wouldn't mind a refund either.

I do use tidy cat, but this new light weight will definitely save me money. I use Tidy Cats, but usually buy the small containers, because at 72 years of age heavy stuff is a problem for me. I have rheumatoid arthritis and osteoporosis which is not easy to live with. Thank you for developing this as it will save me time and money
