I had such hopes for this product but it's too lightweight--worse than a bag of Styrofoam packing pellets. It also generates a tremendous amount of dust. Bad enough pouring it into the litter box--but when the cats use it, the stuff flies everywhere. The dust and litter sticks to their paws, which gets tracked around the house. It clumps a bit better and does control odor, but not any better than the original TC. I switched back to my other brand.

I but today cats ALL the time! It's the only brand of kitty litter I buy for my 9, yes 9 cats, haha. They love it because well it's litter, and I love it because it's light weight AND has the same if not more clumping power then "regular" kitty litter!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tidy cats products are always on sale and you can usually find coupons for them. Tidy Cats Lightweight is really light but does the same job as the heavier products. It is much easier to get jug in car and home.

Tried litter out liked the weight since I have 2 large cats and a XL box fits 2 buckets. After first day noticed white cat paw prints on our black couch. And prints down the hall on our wood floor. Several times cats had waste follow them on there paws and litter seems cause of its lite weight spread further away from box.  I can't recommend it will go back to the original tidy cat red/blue boxes.

I love this litter I have 8 cats yes 8 and there all rescues . I love this litter because it clumpy up the mess and it's easy to clean it . I still have to clean the box 6 times a day ( I have 8 cats ) but I don't mind because I don't have to take a hammer to it scoops up nice and easy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVED the Tidy Cats Lightweight litter that I received from Pinch Me! Not only was it lightweight, but it did an excellent job controlling the odor, and it clumped extremely well! This is definitely a product that I will continue using!

Smells worse than used kitty litter...and the litter is so small that I'm finding it everywhere around our house. I hope the Sam's Club where I normally buy my cat's litter returns to the 50lb bag of Tidy Cat non-clumping for multi-cats fast! But, for now I will shop at Blain's Fleet Farm for the 40lb bags until that happens!

We have five cats so the thought of light weight litter was great. We find the scent a bit too strong and the litter tracks more than regular litter. If you only have one cat, tracking may not be a problem, Product works as well as any other litter.

When you pour it out, very very dusty!! I almost gagged and would recommend wearing mask for protection. Cat will not cover his doo doo. I love other tidy cats products. This one is not worth the extra cash. I like the light weight and fresh scent when its new. once kitty does his business this stuff is highly stinky!!

Others have said that this litter tracks - I have 4 littler boxes and believe me it doesn't track any more that the other litters. I've also noticed less dust than other brands. Expensive - you bet - worth every penny if you are 73 years old and have a bad back.
