[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I picked up Tidy Cats Lightweight and was a little skeptical at first, not sure if it would do the same as my regular Tidy Cats cat litter. With Two boxes set up side, I poured the Tidy Cats regular in one and the Tidy Cats Lightweight in the other. First, I like the smell of the Lightweight. And obviously, so does my cat as she quickly checked out both options and has chosen the Tidy Cats Lightweight as her preferred litter. This speaks volumes and going forward, it will be my choice for litter for my feline friend. Thank you Tidy Cats Lightweight!

I loved this litter from the first time I used it! It does the same great job as traditional Tidy Cats but is so much easier to lift and pour. I'm a senior citizen and have lost a lot of my arm strength and didn't have any problems filling my 2 litter boxes! It was great litter too! The only thing that precludes me from using it all the time is the cost. It's considerably more expensive than the regular litter so I'm not able to use it as my every day litter. But, like I said, the regular Tidy Cats is a great litter, just a bit harder to use.

I bought the product because it was advertised as being light weight - which it is, BUT it produces a lot of dust/dusty white film that is everywhere on and around my litter box.  I like the lighter weight but I do NOT like the dust/film.  I will not buy this again.  It says it is 99.9% dust free.......not true.

I purchased this because living on the second floor and carrying cat litter was hard on my knees. I tried this thinking it was going to be the best, but boy was I wrong. I have dust all over my house and my poor cat has it in her nose, not to mention that it gets stuck in her fur and paws making an even bigger mess. I am very disappointed that more testing was not done on this product before it was put on the market. I guess they hoped that the lightweight perk would pull people in and unfortunately, I feel as if I was suckered into buying a product that makes a bigger mess than what it is worth.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What I love most about Tidy Cats & their Tidy Cats Lightweight cat litter is that I can easily put it in my shopping cart, in & out of the car while also bringing inside my house!! Makes grocery shopping in general less of a hassle.

I bought this litter because my usual brand was not available. We previously used Tidy Cat, but breeding cats and having 14 litter pans, it became too expensive. Tidy Cat has lasted much longer than usual in our household pans. It lasts a bit longer in our cattery pans, but the dust clean-up takes us as long as scooping litter.

I was excited not to lug around a heavy bucket of litter, but as time went on I realized it was too good to be true. My cat has successfully flipped the litter box three times and this litter does not control odor. Even after I scoop, the smell of the litter itself is strong. The dust seems to be worse too as I'm coughing when I scoop. I have had zero issues with your regular clumping litter and will be switching back immediately.

I tried your light weight and that is the only good thing about it. It has a lot of dust when scooping and the wet stops are not as tight as with the heavy litter. At the end of this review is a question about Tidy Cats and would I recommend to a friend.I am going to say yes meaning the heavy not the light.

This litter is great! The first time I tried it was because there was no one around to pick up the litter I had been using. This seems to last longer, has great odor control ( I have 3 cats ) and is less messy & easy to handle. I am a dedicated fan of this product & recommend it to all my friends who have cats.
