[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always use tidy cats for my cat since we have him like 2 years ago and we love that brand no problem with that.. but I never use the tidy cats lightweight, I jus use this brand and is great no heavy I can lift myself to my cart is great.. is just like the normal tidy cats litter box but lightweight I recommend this to everyone who has cats..

Very little dust and great clumping. Low fragrance and so lightweight it's hard to believe I am carrying a big pail of litter. I have 4 cats so I buy litter often and in large size containers so I really am thankful for the light weight of this litter.

The best thing I can ay about this litter is that it was easy to carry home than the 35lb. buckets. I bought this at a warehouse store. Now for the worst, it&'s incredibly dusty. If you have breathing issues this will be a big problem. The clumping factor isn't that good. Most times the clumps broke apart during the cleaning process. i have 1 cat and cleaned not only the litter box but also vacuumed multiple times a day. The particles are small which means they will be tracked everywhere in your house. They were on the tile and wood floors as well as carpets and furniture. I just emptied the litter box and am changing to another clumping litter. I've debated dumping the remaining litter but that feels wasteful. I'm going to check if the local animal shelter will accept the litter.

This cat litter is so much lighter!! It is extremely helpful for those of us with back problems. I find that I am having trouble buying this in my local Walmart in Hooksett NH :( I bought the regular weight one and apparently, I had forgotten how heavy it was. Had to wait for someone to visit who could get it out of my trunk and bring it upstairs!! NEVER AGAIN!! Hopefully they will keep better stock of this item. Please!

I bought a small container of this to try it and I'm glad I didn't spend a lot. I'll start with the positive - I love the clumping of this litter! Sadly that's the only good thing. The dust is awful and the litter is so light weight it doesn't stay in the box! I had it all over my laundry room in 24 hours. Back to the drawing board Tidy Cats - you're better than this...

Usually I buy the lightweight free and clean litter but it was sold out, so I went for this. The amount of dust is crazy and the smell is overwhelming to the point that it lingers on my cats fur. Along with this it tracks more outside of the pan (cats have cat litter mats outside of their boxes). Definitely not buying again and sticking to the free and clean.

I have a disability & appreciate the light weight of this product. However, this is the worst litter for tracking. I bought 2 containers of this litter for my 3 cats hoping that it would track less then the standard Tidy Cat clumping litter. Multiple cats plus hardwood floors mean I clean my house every single day. This stuff tracks twice as bad as other Tidy Cat litters. The second day of use I swept up 1/4 cup of this litter throughout my house. I have 3 25 x 40 inch litter mats around the litter box, but you would never know it looking at this mess. And don't get me started on the "99.99% dust-free" aspect of this product! I guess compared to a haboob in the Sahara it is "99.99% dust-free."

It is definitely much lighter than traditional cat litter, and I also find the odor of the cat litter itself less offensive than the normal "scent" of regular tidy cats. Seems less dusty as well. Have only had it in the box for a day or so, so no comment of its effectiveness yet.

I used the Tidy Cats Ammonia Blocker and was taken away by how well it worked and not by the overwhelming smell of ammonia. It clumps well and works exactly as described. I definitely recommend this to other cat owners-especially if you have multiple cats!

Some cat litters don't do a great job at keeping the smell contained, but this product certainly did! I would recommend it to all cat parents.
