Formula has changed - used to be light gray (I still have some of this) and now is a mixture of light gray, dark gray and white. Litter does not clump as it just makes a messy blob that falls apart when scooping. It also no longer controls odor as it did previously.

I really like using this litter because, while I did once use a cheaper litter because I thought I would save some money, when I go to change it out, it's super light no matter how much activity has gone on in there. LOL! To me, it's totally worth it.

I never thought i would think of cat littler when i thought of "innovative" but i just want to give some positive feedback to your product developers. you read my mind! i have been wanting a lighter litter and i dread having to carry it back from the store. this was perfect- easy to carry, smells wonderful, no sig difference from the heavier litter i was using before. thanks for fixing a feature that actually matters- weight!

I got the free container. I love that it is lightweight. I give 5 stars for that. I'm getting older and have five cats so litter is a regular purchase. The weight makes it easier for me. I have to give 1 star for dust, dusty, DUST! When I poured it into a container, I almost lost sight of it. Every time I cleaned the boxes, dust cloud. I have brought another brand that is light weigh and it doesn't have near the dust problem this had. That is the reason for the 3 stars. Will I buy it? Maybe. It will have to be on sale and I'd have to have a coupon. I'd rather use the Instant Action. Less dust. As for a recommendation, maybe. If the person has breathing problems, no.

I've tried many different brands of cat litter to save a buck, and every time I ALWAYS come back to TidyCats and swear I won't ever buy any other kind again. They have the BEST quality litter....very little to no ash/dust and the pellets are actually round balls unlike the cheaper kind that is little tiny dust grains. I never smell the litterbox and my cat never has any issues using it. Thanks Tidycats!

I absolutely LOVE that it's lightweight. However, it does not control odor very well. I also noticed that the smell of the litter seems to linger in the air (clean smell but a smell I don't necessarily care for). I am a HUGE fan of the heavy 24/7 litter and will be returning to it...lugging it in... :0

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tidy Cats 24/7 Performance Lightweight Litter is beyond fantastic! The package really is super lightweight. You can't smell anything and the clumps are easy to scoop and are like small containers. Do yourself a favor and ouck some up.

I tried Tidy Cats Lightweight because it's easier to carry but after awhile I noticed the cats were dragging it all over the place. The worst part was when I cleaned out the litter box I would start choking and my eyes would water. So I switched back to an all-natural brand and problem solved.

I always had to struggle to dump it out before but not with this litter. It is low dust, clumps pretty well, and does help keep the smell down. I would say the only downfall I have noticed is the tracking, it sticks to my cats paws and she tracks it all through the house.

LOVE the lightweight litter. With 4 indoor cats it's a drag moving heavy boxes around (I scoop outside to avoid dust inside). My only complaint-- and it's a pretty significant one-- is the strong perfume odor (and I don't even consider myself to be hyper fragrance-sensitive). I currently mix it with a fragrance-free Petco brand (that is admittedly very heavy.) Would be so happy for a fragrance-free option or, at the very least, something *very* lightly scented. Extra points for a lightweight naturally scented product, e.g., lavender or other herbs. Do this, Tidy Cat, and you're sure to sell more litter!!
