We have used tidy cat litters with our three felines. Thor boxes are cleaned daily, we have four. This product did not even come close to containing the odor 24/7. The exact opposite. We dumped it after one week due to not being able to stand it. We went back to the original tidy cat and are so disappointed.

We bought this litter after being very happy with other Tidy Cat products. While it does control odor (as other Tidy Cat litters do) the way it sticks to our kitty's feet and gets tracked all over the house is gross. I don't think we will even use the rest of it.

I bought this litter 3 weeks ago and I'm so glad that it's almost gone so I can purchase something different. I liked the idea that this litter is so light weight but that's about all it does. It tracks everywhere and sticks to my cats tail. It doesn't clump and just becomes a sticky mess on the scoop. My cat has never had a issue with using his litterbox but has used the restroom on the floor twice since using this litter.  Also you have to use twice  as much just to help scoop up the mess.

The worst litter ever! Two days 2 cats- no good. I clean the litter pan every two days- completely clean it out..my boys like a super clean litter box. The light weight litter formed a 2 inch brick on the bottom of the pan. I nearly snapped my plastic scoop trying to scrape it off the bottom. Sure the container was light, but not worth the cleaning hassle!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Tidy Cats Lightweight kitty litter is great! I love how easy it is to lift, transport home, and pour into the litter box. The Tidy Cats brand also does a good job of clumping and trapping odors. I typically use a different brand that can be flushed down the toilet, so I don't think I will be switching to the Tidy Cats brand because the one I use now is easier for me to dispose of. But I really enjoyed trying out this free sample from PINCHme and my cat didn't mind either!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fresh scent & no dust is nice and especially LOVED how lightweight this clumping litter is! Makes transporting from downstairs to upstairs and box refills effortless! BUT unfortunately, my cats are used to the traditional heavier clumping litter and weren't big fans. My two 13 year old cats refused to use the box with trial litter but my 4 year old was game to be my tester. The texture feels comparable to mini styrofoam beads so it made it tougher to "properly cover/bury". I think my older cats prefer the feel of the course sand they're used to instead...

I bought this last weekend and I am beyond thrilled. I wasn't sure if i would like it or not, but it's the best! I have a diabetic kitty who pees a lot and it's always heavy clumped litter in one spot. With the lightweight it was not even half the weight. It was so much lighter. It's the best! I am now a believer!

Change to the Light Weight litter about 2 yrs ago. I find it just as good as the Tidy Cats reg. littler. The cost is a little more but the trade off is worth the couple of dollars and I would venture to say it has lasted a little long. I have 3 cats and they love it.

Loved the product purchased first time, lasted longer, odor control great, did not have problem with tracking -- recent purchase is like it is a different product - constant dust cloud when you fill or scoop - not as reliable as first purchase product

99.9% dust free claims, what nonsense!!!!! Just as dusty as any other. I do like the lightweight, but I think of it as kind of a novelty right now for me since this is my first try. I also think, although no facts to back it up yet, that this is not lasting as long as the regular clumping  litter as claimed. ie..38lb regular clump tidy cat lasts over 3 weeks, where as the similar claim size is right at 3 weeks. 4 cats and I clean it 2 times a day. Will not buy this again, the main reason is the dust free claims that are false.
