[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Tidy Cats brand is one I tend to buy, because of the pail and price. I purchased the Tidy Cats Lightweight 24/7 Performance with a free coupon courtesy of PinchMe, and used it. It was easy to scoop and clean, but the odor still remained.

How do they get away with calling this 99.9% dust free? I have to pull my shirt up over my nose & mouth when I clean the box because otherwise I choke. There is 'litter'ally a cloud of dust in the room when I am done cleaning the box, which I do everyday.

We have always been a dedicated customer for Maxx and decided to try this new product. The lightweight is terrific but unfortunately it clings to the cats paws and is spread throughout the whole home. I hope they don't take Maxx off the market and replace it with Tidy Cats.

I couldn't wait to try it. I was really sold on the lightweight idea. Tidy Cat, you have more work to do... Pros: weight & clumping are great Cons: tracks all over the house, strong perfume odor in the box, in the room where the box is and on my cats feet and releases a ton of dust when I scoop

I bought this over a month ago and myself and my cat has had severe asthma attacks from the dust. My entire dresser which was once black is now gray on one side from dust. I have to wipe it off every week. I'm not sure how they can say this product is 99.9% dust free unless they changed the formula after I bought mine because this is the worst dust I have ever experienced.

We have a cat, she's an outdoor cat but recently she got pregnant and gave birth so we have to keep her inside with her kittens now. We need a litter that she are her kittens could use. Now keep in mind that I grew up in a multiple cat household and the litter always smelled horrible! So, I thought that's what we were in store for. Nothing could be further from the truth...this litter is wonderful! Guess my mom used the cheap stuff when I was young

As a senior & after many surgeries,carrying litter is painful.My 2 cats,8&9 yrs. love the new Glade scented one & so do I. One cat is a large breed & I have to make litter boxes fron Rubbermaid bins so the height is right & 35 lbs is great in those.I spray a new container with STINK Free litter spray powder deodorizer to seal the plastic & it makes litter not stick.I scoop twice a day & empty boxes totally 1x a year.My house has no odors & friends would tell me as some don't like cats! I like the Durapet stainless steel scoop as I don't have to shake it as much as with the Litter Lifter(plastic0& litter slides off the stainless perfectly! I also bought a white shag rug for each of the boxes(Shopko) last month & no more tracked litter!I just shake the rug outside.No other mat,carpeting,plastic could achieve that! This would be a great thing to market to cat owners!

We bought this new litter thinking it would be the same as the regular Tidy Cats litter. It is definitely not. We have two cats and scoop regularly to keep the boxes clean, and this litter does nothing to cover the smell. It also tracks all over the house since the lighter weight litter sticks to their paws. Will not be buying this again.

I like the idea of lighter weight littler and this product works very well with one exception. It tracks all over the house because it sticks to my cat's paws. I keep a broom and dust pan next to the litter box so I can clean up after the cat uses it. I wishit wasn't so messy.

This is the messiest littler in have ever used! I have closed litter boxes and because of the light weight of it when my cat scratch to cover there mess it flys all over and gets on them. Then when they exit the box it drops off everywhere. But to be fair, it does clump like the heavier litter and does smell better. I will be going back to the old heavy stuff. I would recommend this for open boxes only!
