I do eat healthy but at age 70, I need more to boost my immune system. I am confident that Ensure provides this for me.

It tastes like a chocolate milkshake and it provides the nutrients that I needed when I couldn't eat. Now I drink it as a meal replacement or just as a healthy shake! I really do love this stuff!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my coffee in the morning. Recently I gave up using half and half and switched to Ensure as the “cream” in my coffee. Not only does it taste good, but I get the additional “healthy boost” along with it. Maybe next I will try it in my oatmeal.

I’ve recently have been feeling anxious and not been in the mood to eat due to stress. Everything I looked at was gross and I could barley swallow anything. But seriously this drink tastes good and benefits you so much. I swear I’d wake up feeling nauseous or dizzy, but somehow this drink managed to stay in my system and give me all the vitamins and antioxidants I’ve been missing. I strongly suggest you use this.
