[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I drink two cans of Dark Chocolate Ensure everyday. Just because I love the dark chocolate flavor. The vitamins and protein are a wonderful side benefit, but honestly, I have one at lunch time and one after dinner for dessert. I just love it!

And since my eating schedule is not the best I still continue having at least 2 a day to make sure I get the vitamins I need daily.

I bought a case of Ensure Max with 30 grams of protein. Unfortunately, I had so much trouble opening each carton, that I could not enjoy the beverage. I actually had to use a wrench to open each carton, and that ended up destroying the top and causing leaks. It's a joke that Ensure is marketed to the elderly because very few will even be able to open it. I will never buy Ensure Max protein again until I can be sure the manufacturer will fix those tops.
