I also would use it as a smoothie by adding fruit in a blender. It helped me keep muscle mass and now I drink it for lunch since I am always on the go.

(I’d only seen older people drinking it & I just knew it was disgusting.) I received a case of it & I refrigerated them immediately. The next morning I reluctantly grabbed one & to my surprise it was really really good! I seriously enjoyed it!! I My doctor is pleased now that I’m getting the vitamins/nutrients I need. You lose weight quickly when you’re sick & w/that kind of weight loss your appetite leaves so you don’t want to eat/don’t feel hungry as often as you should. I feel this product does what it says it should do--gives me energy and has a lot of protein to boot. Just wish it was a bit cheaper for the aged.

It is excellent if for some reason your diet is restricted or there is an eating problem. It can easily take the place of a meal or simply act as a supplement. The benefits can be felt and seen almost immediately. You start to feel better and can start to function normally. I would highly recommend this product. I have tried several of similar products that are on the market and found Ensure far superior in taste and better for your overall health.
