I still drink it at breakfast every day and usually mix it half and half with whole milk. I have been able to maintain my weight with this schedule drink along with one scrambled egg, toast and sausage link. With it I feel sure I am getting all the vitamins I need.

While I changed my diet and got my Celiac under control, I still felt tired to the point I had a hard time working. A year ago, I started drinking Ensure and man, did my health do an about face. I have insomnia and I started taking a small cooler with me to bed with 6 simi frozen Ensure. At that time I really didn't like the consistency of those kind of drinks. When I started doing this I weighed about 150lbs and just drinking Ensure it took me back up to 180lbs my family and friends thought I had started eating well and I told them and they couldn't believe it. Now I'm in the same spot but a little worse the place that used to help me with getting the Ensure I needed but I'm having to buy it myself but can't afford what I was drinking at that time. I'm not asking for it all to be free but some help would be great. Ensure does what it says it can do and a little more.

This one almost killed me. But, since then, I have been drinking Ensure to make sure I get enough protein to help me. It gives me energy and is great tasting! It is expensive, but worth it. My husband got me some Ensure Coffee Latte & I put it in my feeding tube for the nutrition I needed during that time. I still have an Ensure daily for the nutrition. Coffee Latte is my favorite flavor since I am a coffee drinker. Ensure is still my best friend during my recovery & just because it has great nutritional values & great taste!!

The treatment is head and neck so it makes your mouth very sore with sores in my mouth the only thing I can drink other than water is Ensure. I am bot able to eat any solid food. My mom was drinking ensure and told be to drink one a day. She said it should make me feel a little better. Yeap my mom was right like always. Started feeling better not so worn out. Took about 2 weeks but l am feeling much better.
