[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was first aware of Ensure when my mother was having a vanilla Ensure every day. I began having one daily some years ago. My mother passed away ten years ago. I only wish the butter pecan flavor had been available when she was still with us, because butter pecan was her favorite flavor ice cream, and mine too!

We have been buying Ensure Original, vanilla for a 3 1/2 year old since he was 2. He loves it. He usually only gets 1/2 of the bottle and the other 1/2 goes to the frig. We tried other brands and he can not be fooled. Being a picky eater this ensures :) that he gets the necessary nutrition without a hassle.

I wish it had more grams of protein and that it was less expensive. I usually pop it in the freezer for about 15 minutes, add a few ice cubes and pop it in my blender prior to drinking. That makes it thicker and more like a milkshake consistancy. Looking forward to trying the max protein.

I have been drinking Ensure for three years and I love it. It's my temporary fix until I am able to eat at break time.

Since my heart attacks ensure as a whole has been life saving to in order provide me protein and wanting to drink something nice. I also put in the freezer for slushes.

Also, when I am hungry, but have a lot to do, or someplace to go, I take one drink quick and it is filling, so I don't have to take time to fix a sandwich or something. Great for in-between snack.

Due to the surgery and radiation he no longer has the muscles to swallow foods and relies of gravity for any type of intake, which means only liquids. Ensure and Boost are the only foods he has. These products have the nutrition he needs to live this new normal life.
