I don't have anything bad to say about the taste. I keep mine in the refrigerator and can easily grab one on the go. I will be trying the other flavors soon for variety. I lost 23 lbs and had absolutely no energy. I began home physical therapy and the only way i could get through the day was to drink Ensure. The high protein helped build me back up and now I am doing great. I continue to drink Ensure. It gives me that mid afternoon energy boost and tastes great!!!!

They are both very active but lack the "healthy" foods their bodies require. I needed a supplement for my mom because her appetite is not good. So i chose the vanilla ensure and I added ice cream in a blender with the ensure. Each time i make the ensure shake when she doesn’t eat a meal this is what I make for her as a replacement meal and she love it. The ensure shake fill her up.

I have a bottle every morning for breakfast and have been doing so for a few years. I was in the hospital about 8 months ago and requested Ensure and they gave it to me!
