[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Needed a replacement shke because I hArdly eat becuseof all my medication so I was recommended ensure and it is amazing I feel so much better it has an amazing tase I tried other ms when I didn’t have money to buy the big box of ensure only 2 packs of the other ones and bleck other brands are gross. But it works.

My 90 year old mother drinks at least 2 or 3 of these a day and loves them. She likes all flavors but prefers the coffee, strawberry and butter pecan. She puts them in the refrigerator and they get cold and taste like a milk shake. I would highly recommend them for someone who cannot handle solid foods.

We buy them every time we do our grocery shopping! After my Grandma's surgery, she couldn't eat food at all. The only thing she could keep down at all Ensure. In fact, now she refuses to drink any other nutrition shakes now! ONLY Ensure! I myself spent weeks drinking Ensure after I was diagnosed with Renal Failure. It was impossible for me to keep anything down but Ensure. I feel it was an essential part of my recovery and healthy part of my on going maintenance. I buy them weekly I also love the powder form cause you can add like bananas. I'm in love with it. Instead of an energy drink. If you need something cold just freeze them and eat them like that especially in summer time.

Last Thursday at my PCP (Primary Care Physician) I weighed 98.8 pounds. In six weeks I gained 10 lbs. and some strength. Pass me another ENSURE !

But the original are really tasty and I would drink it even without the health benefits. But they provide a good mixture of vitamins and nutrients if you prefer to get it this way vs a multivitamin and you get the benefit of protein.
